- Identify data errors in PowerSchool SIS and ensure errors are corrected.
- Monitor campus data staff's activities related to updating and maintaining students' records in PowerSchool SIS and in the students’ physical cumulative record.
- Plan, develop and conduct training for campus data staff to include districtwide trainings, weekly meetings with assigned schools, as well as on-demand trainings throughout the year.
- Plan, develop and assist with the development of training courses and reference materials for campus data staff.
- Work with detailed data/information; and maintain confidentiality.
- Organize and communicate information and concepts to a variety of PowerSchool SIS users including principals, counselors, and central staff.
- Participate in meetings, workshops and seminars (e.g., inter- and intra- district committees, seminars, conferences) for the purpose of conveying and gathering information regarding program initiatives and goals.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Master's degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Two plus years in direct related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-satisfaction-focused attitude.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of PowerSchool SIS or other student data systems, Microsoft and Google products.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of data to make informed decisions.
