- All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting.
- Provide logistical support for trainings and other events.
- Oversee operations and internal communications for the team.
- Handle external communication with all applicants.
- Oversee scheduling coordination with teams to ensure successful implementation of the process.
- Oversee data systems for teams and ensure data and reports are error-free.
- Support the Teacher Effectiveness Coordinators to ensure all teachers are prepared to be highly effective in the classroom.
- Align work to goals of improving department effectiveness.
- Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including keep attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments with a high level of flexibility, to learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
