Parking Lot Attendant (Grades: 9-12) -(RTP20260124-002)
Description
- Patrol assigned parking lot to monitor cars and contents and ensure that only authorized persons are on the lot
- Ensure vehicles do not exceed parking lot time limitations
- Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot
- Provide directions to various locations for school functions
- Register student vehicles and maintain accurate records of registration
- Drive campus officers to and from assigned areas
- Report any suspicious acts to supervisor
- Write reports of any unusual activities or incidents
- Follow assigned work schedule
- Attend all scheduled meetings called by supervisors
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this job:
- High School Diploma or USA equivalency
- Six months of work related experience
- Demonstrated completion of or enrollment in a state-approved security-training course
- Demonstrated ability to observe and report unusual activities or incidents
- Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot
- Provide directions to various locations for school functions
