BCBA Opportunity – Denton, TX (Adults with ASD)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our nonprofit organization in Denton, TX, dedicated to transforming the lives of young adults with ASD. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in working with older populations, using ABA principles in natural environments to foster independence and meaningful progress in a supportive, community-based setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and consult with Junior BCBAs.
- Develop and adjust individualized plans for 8 clients to drive goal progress.
- Train behavior technicians/RBTs based on client life plans.
- Promote and implement Natural Environment Training in homes and community settings to support adult living.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze client data to ensure progress.
- Manage crisis situations, stepping in as direct staff when needed.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Advocate for the organization’s mission and programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active licensure.
- 3 years of BCBA experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience working with adults with ASD.
