We're Hiring a BCBA in the Katy / Fulshear area!
Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking for a role where you're truly valued — not just a number on a caseload?
We're a small, locally-owned pediatric therapy clinic in the Katy / Fulshear, TX that provides ABA, speech, and occupational therapy to kiddos ages 18 months to 6 years on the autism spectrum. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely passionate about making a difference every single day.
Here's what we're offering:
✅ Hybrid schedule — 1 work-from-home day per week
✅ 25 billable hours/week with a manageable caseload of 8-12 clients
✅ Mentorship from our Director of Clinical Quality
✅ CEU support and ongoing training
✅ Medical, dental & vision PTO paid holidays
✅ Incentive bonuses for exceeding billable expectations
✅ On-site SLPs and OTs to collaborate with daily
