What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a clinical team while managing a reduced caseload
- Design and oversee personalized treatment plans
- Mentor RBTs, BCBA interns, and new BCBAs
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing case management
- Ensure quality outcomes and uphold ethical standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Current BCBA & LBA (TX)
- 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
- 1 year with early intervention clients (ages 2–6 preferred)
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Master’s in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field
- CPR/AED or BLS certification
