Role Description
Leads the creative vision and execution of uniforms and branded apparel programs for large‑scale, nationally recognized clients across telecommunications, financial services, and other brand forward companies. Oversees end‑to‑end apparel design—from concept and material selection through prototype and production—ensuring brand alignment, functionality, and consistency at scale. Partners closely with merchandising, sourcing, and account teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality apparel solutions that meet client standards, operational needs, and timelines.
Qualifications
Proven Apparel Design Leadership
Demonstrated experience leading design teams and managing multiple apparel programs simultaneously, with accountability for quality, timelines, and brand consistency.
Brand Interpretation & Translation Skills
Strong ability to interpret diverse brand identities and translate them into cohesive apparel systems that align with client standards, guidelines, and end‑user needs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Experience partnering effectively with merchandising, sourcing, product development, operations, and client‑facing teams to deliver commercially viable design solutions.
Production & Lifecycle Knowledge
Solid understanding of the full apparel lifecycle—from concept and materials through prototypes, costing, and manufacturing—ensuring designs are scalable and production‑ready.
Strategic & Client‑Focused Mindset
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, maintain a client‑centric approach, and deliver innovative solutions that support long‑term partnerships.
