Education, Experience and Training:
Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a job related field of study.
Special Requirements
Skilled in the use of standard software applications. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments and the general public.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
Standard office environment. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes processes, provides recommendations, prepares reports, and proposes solutions to improve program operations; participates in program planning, development, and implementation; and provides consultative services and technical assistance to plan, implement, and monitor effective programs and services.
- Conducts surveys, inspections, or reviews to determine compliance with certification requirements, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; and prepares or assists in the preparation of administrative reports, studies, and specialized research projects.
- Studies and analyzes operations and problems, prepares reports of findings and recommendations, recommends and coordinates activities, and prepares justifications for and assists in implementing procedural or policy changes.
- Assists with training employees on the latest laws, regulations, policies, and procedures required to perform program activities.
- Assists in hiring, evaluating and supervising staff, and may serve as acting manager in the absence of other managerial staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
