The Planning Manager is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for non-standard automation projects, leading solution design, and driving the full technical proposal lifecycle from customer requirements through to bid submission. This role serves as the technical bridge between customer needs, internal engineering capabilities, and commercial objectives, ensuring that all proposed solutions align with Haosen's strategic direction and deliver competitive value to customers.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
1. Pre-Sales Technical Support | 售前技术支持
• Lead pre-sales technical engagement for non-standard automation projects; gather, analyze, and document full project requirements from customer specifications and site visits.
• 负责非标项目售前技术支持,全面收集、分析并整理客户需求及项目信息。
2. Solution Planning & Design | 方案规划与设计
• Develop comprehensive technical solutions aligned with company strategic direction and customer requirements, covering process flow, equipment configuration, and layout planning.
• 负责项目方案规划设计,制定符合公司战略导向且满足客户需求的技术方案,涵盖工艺流程、设备配型及布局规划。
3. Product Selection & Market Intelligence | 产品选型与市场分析
• Maintain working knowledge of comparable products and competing solutions in the market; conduct product selection to optimize solution competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• 熟悉市场同类产品特性及竞品动态,负责完成产品选型工作,优化方案竞争力与成本效益。
4. Technical Documentation | 技术文件编制
• Draft technical agreements and specifications; prepare complete technical bid documents including technical proposals, compliance matrices, and solution presentations.
• 负责技术协议拟定,制作技术标书,包括技术方案、符合性说明及解决方案演示材料。
5. Bid & Proposal Participation | 商务投标参与
• Participate in commercial bidding activities; lead technical presentation and clarification during bid defense sessions, representing Haosen's technical capabilities to customers.
• 参与项目商务投标工作,负责技术述标及答辩,代表公司向客户展示技术实力与方案优势。
6. Customer Communication & Technical Support | 客户沟通与技术答疑
• Assist in managing customer relationships throughout the pre-sales cycle; provide timely and accurate technical responses to customer inquiries and clarification requests.
• 协助做好全售前周期的客户沟通与关系维护;及时、准确地为客户提供技术答疑与澄清支持。
7. Internal Knowledge Sharing & Training | 内部技术交流与培训
• Conduct regular internal technical exchange sessions and knowledge sharing; deliver product and technology training to relevant departments including Sales, PM, and Purchasing.
• 定期组织内部技术交流与分享活动;为销售、项目管理、采购等相关部门提供产品技术培训支持。
8. Other Duties | 其他职责
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications | 任职资格
Education & Experience | 学历与经验
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field | 机械工程、自动控制、电气工程或相关专业,本科及以上学历
• 5 years of hands-on experience in overall process planning for battery systems, e-drive systems, or conventional powertrain products | 5年及以上电池、电驱或传统动力总成产品整体工艺规划经验
• Prior experience in a non-standard automation or special-purpose machine environment is strongly preferred | 有非标自动化或专用设备行业背景者优先
Technical Skills | 专业技能
• Proficiency in CAD / engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) | 熟练使用CAD等绘图软件(AutoCAD、SolidWorks或同类软件)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) | 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公套件
