Are you passionate about the art of coffee and providing exceptional service? Dali Crepes, Utah’s premier destination for authentic European-style crêpes and artisan coffee, is looking for a skilled Full-Time Barista/Server to join our team at our Cottonwood Heights location.

Our shop is a place where culinary art meets community, and we pride ourselves on a warm, inviting atmosphere and high standards of quality.
The Role:
We are looking for a professional who is as comfortable behind a manual espresso machine as they are interacting with our wonderful guests.
- Expert Coffee Craft: You must have experience operating a manual espresso machine (not automatic) and be proficient in latte art.
- Service with a Smile: Greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer feels like a guest in our home.
- Full-Time Commitment: We are looking for someone dedicated to growing with us.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: Competitive hourly rate during the initial training period.
- Post-Training Pay: Once fully trained as a Dali Barista, pay increases to $20 – $25 per hour (including tips).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista with manual machine and latte art skills.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work full-time shifts (including weekends).
- Must be 21 (as we serve alcohol at this location).
