Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst - Global Asset Management | Boston, MA (Hybrid)


We are currently seeking candidates for a Treasury Analyst position at a global asset management co. based in Copley Square, Boston, MA, 02116. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of treasury and/or banking operations experience.



This is a temporary role (est. 5-6 months) pay between $35.00-$40.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.



On-site 4 days per week.



Starts August 5^th, 2026.


Responsibilities

• Verify newly opened accounts are established correctly.

• Maintain bank account records across treasury and banking platforms.
• Ensure newly opened accounts are added and closed accounts are removed.
• Coordinate funding requests.

• Maintain investor and counterparty banking information.
• Perform periodic reviews to ensure account and counterparty information are accurate and current.

• Coordinate wire instruction.
• Support annual bank KYC reviews and ongoing compliance requests.
• Assist with investor contact updates.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics)
• Minimum 3 years of treasury and/or banking operations experience
• Hands-on experience opening bank accounts or coordinating bank onboarding processes.
• Experience working directly with banks, treasury management teams, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC documentation and banking processes.
• Team player with a strong focus on getting the job done within established strict timeframes
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
