Food and Beverage Cost Controller (Onsite, Palm Beach, Florida)

A successful hospitality company, located in Palm Beach, Florida, is actively seeking a seasoned Cost Controller to join their team. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage cost control for the property, including inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships
• Lead the annual budgeting process for food and beverage operations, ensuring accurate forecasting of costs and revenues
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
• Provide training to staff members on policies, procedures and regulations
• Must be willing to work onsite 5X a week
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5-10 years of previous cost accounting experience required (Hospitality experience is a plus)
