Executive Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity with a professional services firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership while managing office operations and coordination functions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment with global operations.
This is a 1–3-month contract opportunity paying between $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a fully onsite work model consisting of 5 days onsite/week in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar management and scheduling support across multiple time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
- Facilitate communication flow between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office supply management and coordinate vendor relationships
- Process expense documentation and track office-related spending
- Maintain an organized workspace and filing systems
- Support operational projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
- Manage competing priorities and shifting demands in a dynamic environment
- Provide additional support as needed
- 3 years of executive administrative or office management experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting
- Strong calendar coordination and travel arrangement capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable
Salary : $35 - $40
