Our Client, is a New York Stock Exchange Company. Our client is looking for a Tax Manager to help build a new service supporting Private Equity clients. This is a highly visible role with exposure to executive management. In addition to working with Private Equity firms you will be directly working with the "deal side" executives of the PE firms. The networking opportunity in unique. This Manager will be in a leadership role and must have the ability to manage, mentor, train, and hire. The Manager will work with other internal and external stake holders including but not limited to the deal team, finance and accounting team, external professional services firms (accounting, tax and legal). Requirements:
- CPA
- Big 4 or National Public Accounting Firm experience preferred
- Experience auditing traditional companies: technology, software, biotech, pharma, services, manufacturing
- 5 years public accounting experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, hire and manage
- Exceptional communication skills
- Client facing experience
- Base salary $130,000 to $160,000 plus bonus
