What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Part Time position at Dalewood Mobile Home Community?
Position: Maintenance, part time
Pay Range: $14-17/hour, dependent upon experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of park amenities and facilities: fence repair, signpost maintenance, light plumbing repairs, painting, etc.
- Regular inspections to ensure safety standards.
- Landscaping tasks include mowing, trimming, and general upkeep.
- Assisting residents with issues or concerns.
- Reporting to the park manager with updates and requisitions.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely.
- Must be reliable, diligent, and have attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Ability to work with various tools and machinery. Maintenance and repair of park amenities and facilities.
