We are eagerly hiring CNA for all shifts (7-3pm, 3-11pm,11-7am) with every other weekend part time hours available. Daleview Care Center is located conveniently on route 109 on the Nassau/Suffolk County border.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing and feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Familiarity with EMR-Sigma and documentation practices
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work with diverse populations
