What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value and repeat customers through personalized outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups)
- Coordinate and host in-store shopping appointments and curated experiences for clients
- Confidently sell on the floor with a consultative, service-first approach
- Provide thoughtful styling assistance and product knowledge across men’s and women’s apparel
- Drive sales through relationship building, not just foot traffic
- Handle POS transactions and customer checkout with care and professionalism
- Maintain the sales floor: merchandising, restocking, folding, and overall presentation
- Support daily floor operations to keep the store running smoothly
