If you’re passionate about quality work and elevating team performance, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Coordination:Plan, schedule, and manage installation projects from start to finish.Coordinate installation crews based on skillset, availability, and project requirements.Ensure all materials, tools, and jobsite requirements are prepared in advance.Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each project.Quality Control:Conduct on-site job inspections before, during, and after installations as needed.Verify that installations meet company standards, product specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.Address installation challenges, escalations, or service issues promptly and professionally.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and jobsite regulations.Assist with warranty claims and service-related follow-up when necessary.Team Leadership:Support, guide, and coach installation crews to ensure high-quality workmanship.Organize field and classroom training to ensure education on proper installation methods, including manufacturer and distributor training.Collaborate with subcontractors and payroll installers to maintain strong working relationships.Assist with recruiting and onboarding new installers as needed.Qualifications:Background in residential construction, project management or floor covering preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Experience working with subcontractors and field personnel.Ability to read and interpret floor plans, measurements, and product specifications.Valid driver’s license.
