What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Collision Estimator (with 5 Years Insurance Estimating Experience & CCC One) position at Dale's Custom Auto, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Body/Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of autobody shop management experience which includes job estimating, and managing from imput to payment, insurance company contacting via various methods, use of CCC one program, parts ordering and part returns management. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on responsibilities with experience. We are seeking individuals with a strong interest in learning all aspects of estimating/office management.
We were rated as one of the "Top 10 Auto Collision Body Shops in NJ" by New Jersey Automotive, Jan. 2023.
Responsibilities:
- To photograph damaged vehicles and provide initial estimates.
- Be able to follow-up with supplements as needed.
- Be able to interact with insurance companies and the various was to interact with them.
- Parts ordering, management and timely returns.
- Enjoy customer service and be able to follow-up as needed.
- Be organized, efficient and able to multi-task.
- Be familar with CCC One autobody program.
- Enjoy a fast pased enviornment.
- Be dependable and a team player in a small office enviornment.
