This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for an individual who thrives on meeting new people, working towards goals, and learning how to lead from the front. You’ll start by mastering in-person sales, and with training and performance, progress toward leadership and management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-Face Sales: Interact directly with customers at retail stores, local events, shopping centers, and exhibitions—providing product information, answering questions, and closing sales.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers through professional, approachable, and confident communication.
- Performance-Driven Sales: Work in a fast-paced environment with daily and weekly sales goals—high achievers benefit from uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
- Learning Leadership: Begin learning how to manage teams, delegate tasks, and support other team members as you grow into the trainee management track.
- Visual Display & Setup: Assist with event setup, promotional stands, signage, and brand visibility at various locations.
- Sales & Marketing Exposure: While the role is primarily sales-focused, you’ll also gain experience in sales & marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
