What You'll Do
You'll own the client service experience for a personal lines book of business, keeping policies current, clients informed, and opportunities moving:
• Manage new business, renewals, and endorsements across a personal lines book
• Handle client inquiries with speed and professionalism, from urgent needs to routine requests
• Generate accurate quotes and applications to secure a smooth new business experience
• Advise clients on coverage options, products, and carriers to close gaps and strengthen protection
• Cross-sell and upsell as client needs evolve over time
• Support broader sales and marketing initiatives across personal lines campaigns
Who Thrives Here
You're organized, dependable, and energized by client interaction. You'll need:
• An active Property and Casualty License, or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days (we'll support you through it)
• Comfort with office and agency software (we'll train on our specific systems)
