Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on operational leader to own complex industrial project delivery from manufacturing handoff through installation, commissioning, and closeout across active U.S. project sites. This is a hands-on project delivery leadership role focused on driving execution across active construction and installation projects.
The ideal candidate is a construction or project delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and can integrate engineering coordination, manufacturing alignment, field execution, scheduling, subcontractors, and commissioning into one cohesive delivery system.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple industrial construction projects
- Own execution performance across schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer outcomes
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and field installation activities
- Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and field execution workflows
- Support scheduling, sequencing, and construction planning
- Partner with GCs, CMs, and client stakeholders on delivery alignment
- Oversee commissioning, startup, turnover, and validation activities
- Help build scalable systems, processes, and delivery standards
- Drive a safety-first, quality-focused execution culture
- Support adoption of VDC tools and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10 years in industrial/commercial construction or project delivery leadership
- Proven multi-site execution responsibility (schedule, cost, quality, safety)
- Strong field execution and subcontractor coordination experience
- Experience bridging engineering, manufacturing, and field operations
- Familiarity with VDC and modern construction delivery methods
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel to active project sites
Preferred
- Commissioning / startup / validation experience
- Cleanroom, pharma, semiconductor, HVAC, mission critical environments
- Design-build, prefab, modular experience
- Primavera P6, pull planning, Last Planner systems
- Union and non-union exposure
- Manufacturing-to-field coordination
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000–$190,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
