Job Overview:
Dalco Roofing is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Trainee to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can prioritize and multitask while providing excellent customer service. This role involves taking inbound calls, and email correspondences, planning and scheduling work orders, and data analysis.
This entry level role will last for 90 days. Once the selected candidate has successfully completed the paid trainee program, they will then be promoted to a role that is best suited to their strengths. The promotion will come with a pay raise.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing data.
Completing work orders on our system after reviewing photos of completed tasks.
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring the data is accurate and up to date.
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
Confirm schedules with clients via phone with outstanding phone etiquette.
Email correspondence to customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Construction knowledge preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Flexibility to learn on the job and support a wide scope of work.
Experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are entered accurately and on time.
