We are looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate individual to join our growing chiropractic office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Hours
- 30–34 hours per business week
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Schedule appointments in person and over the phone.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance billing.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
- Prepare patients before therapies and assist with post-treatment care as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace.
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and communicate effectively with patients.
- Manage patient recalls and follow-up communication by phone, email, text, and social media.
- Assist with supplement and product sales, inventory, and ordering.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and perform other administrative tasks.
- Assist with office promotions, community events, and practice growth initiatives.
- Learn and confidently explain the products and services offered in our office (training provided).
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a receptionist in a medical, chiropractic, or other healthcare office.
- Have experience with insurance verification and billing (chiropractic experience preferred) but not required.
- Must be energetic, friendly, dependable, punctual, organized, and task-oriented.
- Possess strong computer skills.
- Be comfortable using Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Have excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Work well independently while also being a valuable member of our team.
