- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours
- Monitor food storage, freshness, and proper labeling to minimize waste
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards)
- Adapt to line cooking demands across grill, sauté, fry, or prep stations as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Basic cooking techniques

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
