Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join a leading electrical contractor delivering complex data center and mission-critical projects. This role will be responsible for developing and managing project programmes, ensuring accurate planning, reporting, and coordination across multiple live projects and sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera
- P6Work closely with project managers, site teams, and engineers to ensure programme alignment with project delivery
- Monitor progress, track key milestones, and identify delays or risks to the programme
- Provide regular reporting, including critical path analysis and progress updates
- Support mitigation planning and recovery strategies where required
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure programme integration
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner within an construction environment
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and site operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
