Pay: $25-$38 an hour DOE, shift differentials available at $1 an hour extra for 2nd shift and $2.50 an hour extra for working 3rd shift.

Available Fixed Shifts:

-Consistent 8-hour shift working Monday-Friday on one of the following shifts:

• 1st shift - 5am-1:30pm
• 2nd shift - 1pm-9:30pm
• 3rd shift - 9pm-5:30am

-Consistent 12-hour shifts working 6am-6:30pm, 3 days one week and 4 days the next with every other weekend.

The Process Operator will undergo training in operating grain cleaning, milling, flaking and blending systems. Process Operator Accountabilities:

· Execute the daily production schedule safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

· Accurately monitor, document, and record all production data and activities daily.

· Ensure process equipment operates efficiently and reliably; make routine adjustments and promptly escalate issues when needed.

· Maintain clear and timely communication with shift personnel, Quality Control, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Management to ensure alignment and continuous production flow.

· Support adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all production processes.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Experience:

• Food production: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
