Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll assist in various stages of the truck body manufacturing process including paint prep areas or assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly and construction of truck bodies
- Operate hand and power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Support skilled tradespeople such as welders and fabricators
- Perform quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
- Other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints is a plus
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
