Job Overview

Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status
- Provide medication administration following prescribed schedules and protocols while maintaining accurate documentation
- Engage residents through social activities, group interactions, and personalized support to promote mental well-being
- Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Follow resident’s rights policies, ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect are upheld at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork
