We are a manufacturer of metal building components with a facility in South Dakota and in Minnesota. Our main facility, located near Canton, SD is climate controlled, clean, and operating with state-of-the-art equipment. A clean climate-controlled facility, no layoffs ever, and paid health insurance are only a few of the perks of joining our team! Starting wage is $18.00/hr.
Normal business operations are from Monday to Friday, with opportunity for unlimited overtime.
SEVERAL POSITIONS OPEN! We are looking to fill positions in several departments, including our wrap, loading, trim, and panel departments.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- A Production Team Member's primary responsibility is the operation of machines as assigned, including roll formers, benders, slitters, and forklifts.
- This includes manufacturing and handling material such as panels, trims, and fasteners to complete customer orders and maintain inventory count.
- This position can be physically demanding. It may require lifting of items up to 50 lbs. and may require you to use a forklift regularly. It also requires frequent bending, stooping and twisting as well as standing for the duration of the workday. PPE is company-provided (safety glasses, gloves, and sleeves) with a reimbursement on safety-toe shoes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A successful Production Team Member will have basic mathematical skills, be a team player, and have a desire to continuously learn.
- The ability to stand/walk on concrete floors for 8 hours a day is required. If you can drive a forklift, that is a plus!
- Candidates must be 18 yrs or older and be able to pass a drug screen.
