Dakota Springs is a 254D licensed home that opened in Dakota County/Lakeville.
Dakota Springs is unique in that its purpose is to keep a family together. The residents who live at Dakota Springs are *four siblings*, all young adults, who have chosen to stay in the same household, living in the same community as extended family.
We are looking for staff who want to be part of a team that functions like a family, with players who have good communication skills, who like to be on the go, and help household members participate in activities and events in the community. While knowing ASL is not a requirement, you’ll be ahead of the game if you know more than a basic vocabulary. This position will include assistance with ADL’s and consistent supervision at home and in the community. A reliable car, driver’s license and valid insurance is required, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 11p - 7a AWAKE
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
