Duties And Responsibilities
High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
One-year prior cage experience or equivalent cashier/money handling experience. Excellent customer service skills a must. Computer knowledge is preferred.
Other
Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire. Must be able to complete an employment drug test with a negative result. Will be totally accountable for an impress bank. Able to work all shifts (Day, Swing, Graveyard).
Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach. Able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to work in a casino environment where second-hand smoke, loud noises, and flashing lights are present.
- Provides casino guests with excellent cashier services efficiently and accurately while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Services include cash exchange, check cashing, as well as other monetary transfer of funds.
- Redeems coupons, exchanges cash for TITO (Ticket In/Ticket Out) tickets, and gaming chips.
- Count and balance each assigned bank at the end of every shift with little to no assistance from others.
- Log Out/In Controlled keys.
- Responsible for maintaining their bank, equipment, and surrounding area.
- Record and balance currency transactions via computer.
- Acts as a soft count member.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary.
