Responsibilities
- Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms with confidence and professionalism
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct thorough patrols of the facility to detect hazards, unauthorized access, or safety violations
- Manage conflict situations with calmness and tact, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved
- Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, following established emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention strategies
- Valid certifications in first aid and CPR are advantageous
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with security procedures, incident reporting, and emergency response protocols
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods in various environments
