Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from purchased/provided lead lists to generate interest in insurance products
- Qualify leads by gathering basic information (current coverage, renewal dates, household details) before handing off to a licensed producer.
- Schedule appointments/quote callbacks for sales reps based on prospect interest and availability
