Role Description
The Powdercoating Applicator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sioux Falls, SD. The responsibilities include preparing surfaces for powder coating, applying powder coatings with precision to ensure durable and smooth finishes, and maintaining equipment in excellent working condition. Candidates will also be required to monitor the coating process, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications. Qualifications
- Experience in powder coating application, including preparation and coating techniques
- Knowledge of sandblasting, painting processes, and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

- Ability to operate and maintain powder coating and sandblasting equipment efficiently
