Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces across various rooms in residential properties.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
- Manage floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces.
- Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as cleaning patios or outdoor furniture to ensure the entire property is pristine.
- Use proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or appliances safely during deep cleaning or rearranging tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Experience with commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management or custodial responsibilities is beneficial.
- Outdoor work experience enhances your ability to handle diverse cleaning environments.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
