What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member - Skilled & Entry Level Openings position at Dakota Micro, Inc.?
Dakota Micro is hiring two full-time Production Team Members.
Both positions will be involved in hands-on production work, including assembly, testing, packaging, shipping, and learning our camera-system products.
We have two different openings:
- Production Team Member: An entry-level or experienced production person. We will train the right candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Skilled Production Team Member: A more mechanically and technically capable person who will work in production but also help with product testing, troubleshooting, returns, and customer technical-support coverage when needed. This person must be comfortable learning how our camera systems, wiring, monitors, cables, and accessories work together.
The skilled position is not a separate office-only support job. It is a hands-on production role for someone who can understand the products deeply enough to help solve customer problems when technical support coverage is needed.
Pay: Based on experience, mechanical and technical ability, and the level of responsibility the candidate can take on.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
