Job Title: Production Worker
What You’ll Do
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line with accuracy and care
- Assemble components using hand and power tools to produce finished products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety concerns
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
- Assist with loading and unloading materials in the warehouse as needed
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and production techniques
- Basic mechanical skills to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery
- Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Background in warehouse logistics
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams or schematics is a bonus
