Key Responsibilities
- Lead market strategy and drive loan, deposit, and overall business growth.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with Agriculture and Commercial customers.
- Build and maintain a strong network of customers, business leaders, and community partners.
- Provide personalized financial solutions that meet the needs of customers and support long-term relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service and shared success.
- Maintain sound credit quality, manage market performance, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the bank through active community involvement and a commitment to local economic growth.
Qualifications
- Significant banking experience, in Ag lending
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop people and drive business results.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated success in business development and building lasting customer relationships.
- Established connections within South Central Nebraska preferred, with the ability to build a strong local network.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for community banking, customer service, and supporting the success of local businesses and communities.
