Toddler/Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a LONG TERM passionate and energetic Toddler/Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and foster their early childhood development. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
• Engage children in hands-on activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth through play-based learning and structured lessons.
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline while fostering independence and self-regulation among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable.
• Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of lesson plans, student progress, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with childcare standards and early childhood education best practices.

Qualifications

• Prior classroom experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or early childhood education settings.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum development including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children.
• Experience working with special education needs or implementing early intervention programs is a plus.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; however, relevant classroom experience is highly valued.
