What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispensary Manager - Huron, SD position at Dakota Herb?
The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations of the dispensary and will report to the Retail Regional Manager. The manager will primarily be responsible for the opening shift of the dispensary, but certain circumstances may call for flexibility in scheduling. A minimum of 1 year of management experience is required. The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensuring all employees are performing job duties
- Closing tasks of the dispensary daily.
- Managing daily processes for ensuring all the days sales are tracked, entered, and synced with Metrc to ensure compliance for state reporting.
- Intake of daily cash and proper deposits filled out and stored.
- Ensuring all compliance protocols are followed daily by employees and proper documentation is completed and filed for safekeeping.
- Ensuring proper sales and performance metrics for employees are tracked and reported to upper management
- Employee scheduling to ensure proper staffing of the dispensary at all times.
- Daily sales and inventory reports ran and sent to upper management.
- Fulfillment of all other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor and/or upper management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have transportation to our Huron facility.
- Must be 21 and have a high school diploma or completed GED.
- Must clear a state approved background check.
