Inside Sales Associate

Reports to: Branch Manager
A fast-paced distribution company serving the cabinet and wood product industries is looking for a bilingual inside sales representative to complete their team. In addition to being fluent in both English and Spanish, we are looking for a candidate who has previous inside sales, or related experience in our industries. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Position Summary:
Duties include a variety of sales, office, and customer service functions, such as working phones, facilitating will-call traffic, providing support for Outside Sales and learning the Hardwood Lumber Business.
Ideal candidate is an energetic, positive self-starter with a friendly disposition and an interest in learning the Lumber/ Cabinet Supply Business. Solid technology and computer skills are essential, along with a desire to provide top notch customer service.
Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 – 5:00.
