Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an NPSL Head Coach based in Fargo, ND. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading the team's training sessions, planning game strategies, and coaching players during matches. Key responsibilities include implementing effective training plans, managing game-day preparation, fostering individual and team performance, and ensuring the players' development. The position also involves collaborating with other staff members and supporting the club’s broader objectives of community outreach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in coaching soccer teams, preferably at the semi-professional or professional levels
- Strong understanding of soccer tactics, player development, and athletic performance optimization
- Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills to motivate and guide players
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute effective training sessions and match preparations
- Knowledge of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) rules and competition formats is a plus
- USSF or equivalent coaching certifications are preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and match days
- Passion for community involvement and commitment to promoting the values of Dakota Fusion FC
Coach will need to be able to be onsite for the Season from April 15 to July 30*
*regular season runs until 2nd week in July, then if teams makes it to the playoffs. End of season depends on teams success.
Salary : $1,000 - $1,200
