What You'll Do:
As a Residential Desk Worker, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring client safety, structure, and support. Duties include (but are not limited to):
Assisting clients with day-to-day needs, questions, and concerns
Managing client sign-ins/outs
Monitoring and distributing medications
Conducting room and belongings searches
Completing paperwork and documenting activity
Providing structure, care, and support to clients throughout their stay

Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
Compassionate, but able to maintain rules and structure
Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
