JOB DESCRIPTION: Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is seeking a nursing instructor to teach undergraduate nursing students. This position is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating student learning experiences across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.

Primary responsibilities include lab and clinical instruction, monitoring student and program progress, assessing nursing skills, conducting course evaluations, and providing clinical supervision. Didactic teaching opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational abilities, professional and technical writing skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic learning environment. Remote work options are available.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: A Master of Science Nursing, Nursing Education, or related area, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program with a plan for completion of the master's degree program within three years is required to teach lab and clinical courses in the Associate Degree Nurse program. One year of nursing experience and a current ND nursing license.

SALARY: $63,000 with full benefit to include paid family health plan and excellent retirement benefit.
