Lamar Estates, a CMS 5 Star Rated Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lamar Estates at Lamar, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on care and wellness
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move residents as needed
