The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating relationships with high-end clients, architects, builders, and designers while providing expert guidance on system design, product selection, and integration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury homeowners, builders, and design professionals
- Conduct client consultations to uncover lifestyle needs and translate them into customized home automation solutions
- Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations that clearly communicate design concepts and value
- Partner with engineering and installation teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth project delivery
- Stay up to date with the latest in smart home technology, luxury products, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive relationship-building, networking, and follow-through
- Provide product demonstrations and system walk-throughs for clients
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client communications, and sales progress in CRM
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury home automation, AV integration, smart home technology, or related high-end industries
- Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
- Proven track record of consultative sales and relationship management with high-net-worth clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- A self-starter who thrives in a client-facing, entrepreneurial environment
