About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member who loves dogs and enjoys working with people. This hybrid role combines hands-on pet care with front desk customer service and offers a great opportunity to grow in the pet care and grooming industry.
Dog Bather Responsibilities
- Bathe, dry, and brush dogs of all sizes and coat types
- Trim nails and clean ears (training provided)
- Safely handle pets and ensure their comfort and wellbeing
- Assist groomers with prep work and cleaning between appointments
- Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming area
- Assist with daycare and boarding pet care as needed
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Greet clients and check pets in/out for grooming, daycare, and boarding
- Answer phones, texts, and online booking requests
- Schedule appointments using booking software
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with pet parents
- Process payments and maintain client records
What We’re Looking For
- Love for dogs and comfort working around animals
- Friendly, positive customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have morning availability
- Able to lift 80 lbs and stand for long periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle
- Previous animal care or customer service experience is a plus
