What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise our Afterschool Program (ages 5–12)
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment
- Plan exciting daily activities, clubs, games, STEM projects, and enrichment experiences
- Oversee homework assistance, reading intervention, and math enrichment
- Motivate and coach staff while maintaining a positive team culture
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Ensure licensing, safety, and attendance procedures are followed
- Organize field trips, special events, and holiday camps
- Think ahead, solve problems independently, and keep the program running smoothly

Preferred Qualifications
- Child Care experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level II Background Screening (required)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license is a plus
