Requirements:
- Tech savvy and computer literate
- Quick learner and coachable
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
- Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (Property and Casualty)
- Must be able to obtain insurance license (Life Health)
Responsibilities:
- Establish client relationships with State Farm policyholders and follow up as needed
- Quote and bind new and renewed State Farm policies with company-provided leads
- Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
Qualifications
- Quick learner and coachable
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
